I posted this in general and got no response so I thought I'd C/p it here ands if anyone knows:
I have a level 30 character with shared blueprints enabled with my level 40, the level 30 does not have access to Belstone Armory blueprints tho, among others.
Is this a bug or are they somehow level locked?
