[2019] Not available in my country...

On my PC and then on my PS4 when I tried to watch the DC Outskirts trailer I get a message telling me the uploader has not made the video available in my country. Either it's not available in the US or there is something horribly wrong with my ISP (ATandT).

Has anyone had this issue and found a fix?
