[2020] Unable to change clan name, I'm a lieutenant. Game lets me type it in, but wont save

Just wondering if I could get some clarification here. I am a lieutenant in our clan. And I've been trying to change the clan name and the clan founder doesn't play the game anymore. But it won't save the change.

When I go to Clan>>mgt >> details >> name, it allows me to type the name I'm trying to change, but when I press apply, the change doesn't actually happen.

There are no warnings about inappropriate language or warnings about excluded content, like brand names. I don't understand why it won't save it.

Any suggestions would be appreciated. Hopefully from someone at Ubi!!!
