So yes I know Mantis is still a new item and we probably are stuck with what we get from the seasonal rewards, but I bought the Reconfigure blueprint from Inaya and can't re-roll/reconfigure it.
I have all the materials I need but it keeps telling me "All crafting conditions are not met" every time I press X to the options to reconfigure it at the bench.
