[2021] Each time I visit "Specializations" shop, NPC gives me Minigun. How to fix it ?

I'm a "Year 1 Pass" owner. After reaching lvl 30 and completing 3 strongholds my specializations are finally became available. However whatever I do, after each mission, the specializations NPC gives me Minigun with that short animation again and again.

I have boost to New York, I have obtained all specializations types. However it doesn't fixed. Any ideas ?
