I am afraid that this is not an issue we're currently aware of. It is important to note that we were experiencing some connectivity problems on the 14th of May. Are you still experiencing issues?
If you are still experiencing issues, could you please reach out and create a case through the Ubisoft Support website? Here, one of our specialists will be able to take a closer look into why this happened. When doing this, please also share a short video showing this in action. You could directly upload the clip to an online video-sharing platform like Twitter or YouTube. Alternatively, you can always try uploading it to the case itself.
