I was downed and viewing team members still active. The menu then locked when viewing other members and I found myself in screen shot...

No. Afraid not. Just recorded what you see above. There is a glitch where on death and viewing other team mates loadouts the menu refuses to let me spectator view the play. This happened before I glitched under the map.
