[2021] Anyone else able to buy premium credits?

I’m a returning player and want to buy some premium credits. When I try to check out I get an error message. It says to try another payment method by also says their payment processing service may be experiencing issues. I’ve tried both the credit card and PayPal options. The credit card option lets me type in everything and acts like it is trying. The PayPal option never lets me even get to the screen to input my info.

Has anyone else had issues trying to buy premium credits today or recently?
