I was playing with a hardcore character and I suffered 2 game crashes, ok the second one my agent was killed during Rosevelt island mission, I'd like my agent restored due to its loss being a game Issue not my mistake.

As mentioned by CorTeZ667, Hardcore characters are unable to be revived regardless of the reason.
