[2020] What the hell is wrong with these graphics??!! Playing Xbox and can’t seem to change settings? There’s no detail on objects and it looks like I’m walking on water everywhere and trust me, I’m no Jesus!

Hi, it’s the Xbox s (white one). No it’s been happening all over the map but I do fast travel a lot but just got to New York and that’s as bad :( most of the time it’s ok but a few times I can’t find cover as there’s a weird green layer mid waist! I’ve tried rebooting as some others have suggested but still like this.
