Leveling up my 3rd character to level 40 and ran across this.
No weapon damage and no attributes? Even my level 33 green Golan gear chest has an armor core and one attribute
Edit: Oh and here's a blue WHC backpack with no attributes. Seems
But apparently WHC knees are fine?

Also, the Season Pass Project is not resetting daily for many.
This one our teams are aware of, I think we may have found a fix but unsure when this will be rolled out as of yet.
