I wanted to go back a bit to The devision2 but I just can't launch the game.

When I try launching The division I have a windows warning before launching thedivision2 launcher

after that, I have a ubisoft connect popup (either a the division 2 or an empty popup : https://i.imgur.com/XFkkcKm.png

) that load for... infinite time ? I stopped after 20 minutes ... (The game is installed on a M2 SSD, so I don't think it's just a long loading)

I tried to uninstall/reinstall, check the files, deactivate the overlay on ubisoft connect, on discord and on Nvidia Experience, etc. etc. nothings is working.
Randomly, when I try to launch the game, ubisoft connect says that the fils are not found ...
I click OK on the locate files popup without changing anything (the folder is selected by default) and files are found, but still can't launch the game ...

Is there something I didn't try yet that could fix it ? (without uninstalling ubisoft connect, if possible)

Thanks in advance.

Hey there! I would try following the steps from this guide: https://support.ubisoft.com/en-GB/Article/000064007/The-Division-2-doesnt-launch/

If the issue persists, I would send a ticket to the support team through that same website, adding a screenshot of the Windows error you are getting so they can check what might be causing the issue.

seems like installing UC on top of the existing installation did the trick. It works for now.

Maybe my UC wasn't at the latest version or some files were corrupted, but i had no problmes with others games, only TheDivision2 so that's weird.

I had no windows error the windows popup I talked about was the UAC (I didn't remember the name when I made the post), just an empty UC popup like I linked the screenshot.

So glad to hear it was resolved! As you mention, it's just likely Ubisoft Connect was just missing an update or had a damaged file.
