[2020] game is unplayable

delta non stop. heroic mission half way got delta. loot lost and have to redo again and again. super laggy, shoot the npc and they are not dying. npc are ninja, u can see them charging towards u and disappear and when u full of ??? they appear by your side bringing u down. , server is laggy until I can't even execute command. can't use skill. can't refill ammo. group up and my teammate delta non stop. Regret buying the expansion. it was not this bad before I purchase and install the expansion. makes me dun even feel like playing d2 anymore. annoying.
