[2021] Trying to get an old account back!

Hello everyone!

A very long time ago I used to play the Division 2 a lot and really enjoyed it and then life took over, now I have some more time but seem to have forgotten the email of my account.

I have the name which is "RubyMarble" but cant find the email.

Can anyone help me? Ubisoft support is of no help as they declined three of my attemps at getting my account back already..

Any help is greatly appreciated.

The only way to recover an account is through the Ubisoft Support team, as they will have access to the information and have the means to update your info. That being said you will need to verify ownership by providing specific info, so I'm afraid without that it will be difficult to recover your account.
