[2019] I can't upgrade my lullaby

I crafted my sweet dreams into a lullaby then upgraded in wt4. Made to it wt5 work bench but can't upgrade my lullaby from wt4 to wt5. It's not even registering my lullaby and saying its a missing component to complete the craft. I have all components though....... I successfully upgraded my merciless, chatterbox and liberty to wt5 500gs level but it's not letting me upgrade my shorty which is really disapointing since I run ar, shotgun. Iv tried logging out and in, rebooting the game and all. Iv started trying to find another sweet dreams but if any one knows a fix to this please tell. Cheers
