[2021] My warlords of new York expansion stoped working

I play on Xbox and my account is level 40. I went to log into the division and it says that my account no longer has access to the warlords of New York expansion. I tried it a few more times and it said the same thing, so I decided to uninstall and reinstall the expansion pack but when I went to it said I need to buy it. Idk if there’s anything I did wrong but I’m out of ideas so I came here to get any tips on what should do or who I should read out to for better help.
