[2020] [Bug/Glitch]Final boss in Manning Zoo Invaded not spawning

Just played through the Manning National Zoo in Invaded mode at Hard difficulty with no directives. I cleared each of the generators on their first spawn, and cleared the area of mobs. But the encounter is now stuck, as the Delta Team Leader has not spawned into the play area.
