[2020] Enemy is out of range for my sniper rifle, yet...

...the exact same enemies at this CP that I can't hit with a sniper rifle can seemingly hit me at will with their subguns.



Would anyone at UbiSoft/Massive care to explain how this is correct behaviour?

Instead of closing this thread as it highlights important issues within the game, I've went through and deleted messages which were targeted at each other.
Please refrain from creating threads into flame wars.
I encourage everyone to talk about how this NPC Sniper has affected them as this is valuable feedback for us as community representatives.
