Have you completed the event ? Maybe that's the problem since you can't buy keys anymore once you complete the event

However the event is over and is in the cool down period, in this period you can only use up leftover keys already in your inventory :) I believe that would extend to purchasing as well ( will get clarification on that).

Okay so I have confirmed that purchasing and gifting should be possible during this period, please let me know if you still experience issues after following the FAQ, feel free to DM me!
It doesn't allow you to gift any because the purchase button is disabled when you already complete the entire event yourself. I wanted to gift 3 to a friend but couldn't due to this.
roger that, would it be too much to get a screenshot of that purchase button, just so I can go in with extra "ammo" in terms of visually showing that you are unable to?
