[2020] Re-calibrating Exotics.

As the title suggest, i would love the idea of adding re-calibration for exotics.

I know that Massive is planning upgrade for 30 level exotics on TU9, but that's not enough.

Make it worth 3-4 times the price of normal re-calibration plus an exotic component. We have tons of resources and money we cannot spend on anything. So this will make exotics more usable and not thrash as they look now. It would also be making sense to farm for resources or money.

Last but not least, i think all of the exotics need a buff, but that's a topic for a different post.
