[2021] Issues logging into game, Mike-01

Hi all I’ve played the division 2 once it first came out on my laptop for over 70 hours recently I’ve decided to go back and redownload The game upon launch I keep getting Mike -01 services are not available at this time. I tried few steps Ubisoft recommended, restarted router checked files, redownloaded the game updated anything that could be updated added game to firewall and tried with antivirus disabled. So I’m just wondering if anyone encountered similar issue and got any tips they could share with me. Thank you all in advance Edit, Forgot to add nothing changed since I first played it same internet router and laptop.
