[2019] PSA: Make sure group is using mixed DX11 & DX12 so CTD won't reset mission progression!

So as it turns out, DX11 and DX12 Crash to Desktop, which are pretty rare, happen for ALL group members in the area.

We had a friend running DX11 and he saved us COUNTLESS of times when the rest of us crashed, when i tried to swap to DX11, the DX12 group members were still playing when i CTD with my DX11 friend.

• Always happens during combat.
  
• Vaguely possible it's related to snipers or scopes!
