[2020] promo code failed on Uplay broken store

Hello i wanted to buy the washington DLC with 20% discount, but it failed to apply after the Ideal link was kinda broken. i spent an WHOLE HOURE in your broken store in Uplay itself but still failed....

code could not be applied as well in the normal website..

bought the DLC for full price AND lost my Uplay point.
i would like to get this fixed

Since i even spent 15 minutes to find an Email adres and it is impossible to find then i use the forums....

So in short:
Broken store........
Uplay points lost...
bought DLC for full price (would not use point for anything other)

and atop of that support page with chat what lets you fill in the darn form just to notice the chat is unavailable wtf...
