[2020] Can you get “locked” out of a season

I’ve only recently finished the Keener campaign, so that I could play the seasons. However there is currently only 1d2h left on the “Shade” manhunt.

I can only really play on the weekends. If I miss this portion of the manhunt will I get locked out of the season and the level rewards or just the end of the manhunt?
