[2021] Every time I submit a support ticket It fails

Why is it that it fails to go through every time? I was doing week stuff for True Sons & Jefferson plaza was one of the missions. Once done I was not given credit. I logged of & back on - still no credit for the task. I filled out a bug report but it would not go through. It happens every time -- not once or a few but EVERY TIME
I re-entered the info again submitted another report & it went through. This happens EVERY TIME its like a test to see if you really want to send a report.
YES I DO WANT TO SEND A REPORT - FIX IT It really ticks me off to go thru this crap every time
