It’s been happening to me too. Usually occurs when I go into the enemy spawn with my shield out. The spawn protection destroys my shield which sometimes glitches it out instead of forcing a cooldown. It can happen on other skills as well. Switching to another variant of the skill (eg. Bulwark shield) and switching back fixes it.

The sticky went into the enemy spawn, missed the target and got destroyed. It seemed like it was about to go on cooldown like normal but glitched out instead.
