[2020] DCD Research Mission - Bug

In DCD Research Library, during ISAC sync section where you wait for the laptop to finish while outcast suicide bombers come out in waves, you can not climb or vault objects during the countdown segment. Once the count down is completed, you can climb and vault. Many times, players that dont know this, will get stuck down below because a teammate will have interacted with the laptop and started the countdown.

I play on heroic. This happens in both solo and group play.
