[2022] Purchase of DLC not working

good evening

so I have purchased the TOM CLANCY the Division 2 WARLORDS OF NEW YORK ULTIMATE EDITION for pc yesterday for £13.40 while the deals are going and for some reason the money hasn't been taken from my bank and my account is showing that i have never purchased however the Ubisoft connect app is displaying that i own the game due to uninstalling and reinstalling it it comes under my games, I didn't receive a order number nor a confirmation email what's going on

Hey there @alphaprim93, thanks for getting in touch. I am sorry to hear that a recent payment for Warlords of New York didn't seem to go through. I just want to check first as you have mentioned that you have the game in your library, can you launch the content which was purchased? If it does not let you launch the content, what does the message state?
