With the adjustment made to the Event Keys made either last week or the week before, why am I still getting fragments from field caches? Did I misunderstand, and the keys are being changed in a future update, or was it not implemented and nobody noticed? I feel like it's the former, but I can't be sure

I was supposed to have 143+ specialized keys -- now after logging into TU6, I have 45.
WTF happened?!
What platform did this occur on?
PS4, I have a screenshot of everything prior to TU6. I lost a lot of keys from fragments, 11k.
The purple keys were supposed to convert to 3 blue keys each per the notes. (46x3=138).
EDIT: The 3 gold keys were supposed to be 5 blue keys each (15).
I only have my original 45.
