I watched in absolute astonishment as this rough ran down the street a left six of us saying "What the F---? I also saw a person appear right in front of me and walk through the air. I didn't know there were flying cheats. I saw guys passing through walls, shooting through barriers, and killing guys with one shot, all the way down. It is so frustrating. After researching the servers at UBISoft, one thing is different than all other game software companies. UBISOFT have "Trust Client" Architecture, which readily allows cheating. Other game companies have "Don't trust client" architecture which stops most cheating.
As far as I'm concerned, It is a dishonor to get evidence and tell on cheaters as a regular player! That is UBISOFT's job. A possible alternative is to take volunteer applications and crate cheater "Hunters" that have the ability to teleport to a player and look at a players account (gear, weapons, stats) to determine if the person is indeed cheating. If so, temporarily ban the player for UBISoft review.
I'd volunteer to clean up the game. Give me an invincible Hunter with special skills and I'd be happy to spend a few hours every day. My brother also would like to volunteer. You can name his Hunter, "Agent Johnson." You can call mine, "Special Agent Johnson."
Edited your post, since it is best practice to not post personal info on a public forum.
Closing this thread as it is old enough. We are always putting in safeguards to ensure cheaters cannot ruin your gaming experience, but obviously there are those who tend to slip through the cracks. If you do encounter a cheater, please be sure to
report them in-game and through the
Support Website, so they can be investigated and have action taken if necessary.
