[2020] Bug: No Completion for Wall Street Mission

I completed the Wall Street mission on Hard today for the Daily Bounty. After killing Dragov, I went back to collect his key from the electrified cage, then opened the locked room. and collected the loot there. When I left the mission I didn't get any kind of mission complete message. I went over and opened the faction cache in front of the statue, then tried to leave the area. The problem was all three streets were blocked off. I could hear some npcs stuck in a wall somewhere as well. I tried to back track through the mission, but got blocked by the doors where you would normally exit Keeners Supply area. I had screen shots, but I have no idea where GeForce Now stores them. I also died 5 or 6 times and got disconnected once or twice in the middle of the mission.
