[2019] Not earning clan XP

Out of the 5 members of my clan I've stopped earning clan xp at 504,000. I'm just stuck there everyone else keeps going up I'm just not progressing. I have 30+ hours I've made it to end game. Anyone else having a problem or is this a known issue?

If you could provide some more info so we can troubleshoot this issue, that would be much appreciated.

  • Clan name
  • Platform
  • Ubisoft account name
  • Approximate date/time when your CXP stopped working.
