[2021] problems with opening chests from the controlled area and airdrops.

I have a problem opening chests after obtaining a key in controlled areas and opening chests from airdrops (usually 2nd and 3rd chest) I do not have an opening indicator. Sometimes it helps to log out and log back into the game. This is annoying. I play on Xbox X. Has anyone had problems with that?
