[2020] First mission bug issue still not fixed in 2020

I just bought the Division 2 and after having issues starting the game as I did with every Ubisoft games (I have Citrix downloaded), I had to deactivate Citrix even though I need it for work – another problem not fixed...

I want to play my first mission in the white house but I cannot open the door by holding F. I found out in this post from a year ago that was a bug. The solution seemed to reinstall the game... A year later, the bug is still not fixed. Do I really need to reinstall this 80GBs game again? You don't need to guess I am annoyed at a peak level right now.

I'll never buy a game from Ubisoft again. 😤
