just from curiosity, why is this particular thing responded to and 'passed along to the team' when so many other things aren't?

Many things are passed on but we don't always have the ability to respond to every report or comment made, as much as I would absolutely love to do that.
If any of you have recordings of your encounters with NPCs not acting how they should, please forward them to me so that I may inform the team 🙂
