If you talk to the different Safe House leaders and Kelso and still can't travel back to DC, please shoot me a tag along with a screenshot of your area map, if possible.
Went to all the houses. Couldn’t interact with any and can’t remember if I interacted with all of them. I know I did with some. Can you explain “shoot me a tag”. Thanks
