[2021] [Bug/Glitch]Can't use SHD points, watch stuck on tutorial mode

I recently passed lvl 40 and started accumulating shd lvls, now at 11 points. But the watch seems stuck in tutorial mode, every time I open it, it has to decrypt the sub routines, i have to go through the 4-8 steps of the tuto, and then hitting cancel to close the tutorial shuts down the whole inventory. it's like the decryption of the watch isn't working. I managed to spend 3 points so far, but only in the first block and after going through the tuto each time, the other blocks are still unaccessible.

Do i have to farm those techno shd locations or is it totally unrelated? Defo feels like a bug though.
