I'm playin on Ultra (dx12) at about 120fps on a 2080 Ti and get random micro stutters.

External link →Are you playing in Fullscreen or Borderless Windowed? Try the latter, it solved micro stutters on my end.
Also make sure you are on latest NVIDIA drivers, should be 419.35.
Is there anything in the background hogging your CPU when playing?
Fullscreen. I'll try borderless now. I'm on the latest drivers and there is nothing else running in the background.
Borderless is my best proposed fix right now, otherwise I recommend you reach out to support to troubleshoot and allow them to pass this on to the right people. Thanks!

If you haven't already, can you provide your specs: (or platform if on console)
GPU:
Does this occur in specific parts of the game or only in certain areas/missions?
Does this only occur when playing solo /co-op or both?
Does the issue worsen over time?
