[2020] Division 2 no longer launching/connectiong properly

When I launch the game it goes through the splash screens, it goes from; the warning screen -> Ubisoft -> Snowdrop -> The Division 2 screen where you normally click X to launch(This is black without text, but if I click X I get the audio cue and it progresses to the next screen) -> The Connecting to the game screen which is infinitely stuck on 0%.

This only started to occur today, I was able to play fine last night. This is also happening on PS4. Any ideas to whats happening?
