[2020] Lag, server or internet

Ive had an issue since the last maintenance that is becoming so frequent this game is virtually unplayable. My character will be unaffected, I can walk, run and shoot but the rest of the world is frozen, no damage gained or received. I dont get booted, no delta or echo but Ill ultimately have to close the application and restart. Not sure if its on my end or not, Ill admit my internet isnt the best but Ive never experienced this since I bought the game.
