Just hit level 25 and I found that the new gear set and the two new weapons have terrible clipping issues with attachments and dyes... Feel like the devs just kinda slapped them in there without any refinement.

Hey there @CarolinaReapin, thank you for taking the time to get in touch here. I am sorry to hear that certain attachments and dyes have clipping issues on the new weapons. I want to assure you that I have received multiple reports regarding this topic, and all of the information has been forwarded over to our teams, they are currently investigating it. As soon as we have more information available, updates will be posted over on our News and Announcements section.
Regarding the Heartbreaker set, I have taken a look into this from my side and I can also confirm that our development team are currently investigating this problem. It has also been posted over on our Known Issues list. Similar to the above, updates will be posted in the News and Announcements section.
