Me and wife sitting here in central Florida trying to finish the league just for the exotic cache we are in a group together and we both get a delta- 03 press x to get to our character screen then try to log back in and immediately get a delta - 05 when have comcast for our service provider and the internet connection is great to both consoles

Just to confirm, this has still been occurring for you? There can sometimes be a hold over or extension of the maintenance that could cause connection issues to keep occurring.
We would certainly advise running through some of the further connection steps here if you haven't already.
