my cat pulled out my lan cable and i could not connect to your server. of course i did not know my cat did that and i thought my ps4 broke and i needed a new one.
this made me think of backing up my character data to transfer to a new console. i can copy data for other games and save it to a usb drive but i did not see dv2 on the list of games.
is my character data saved on your server? how do i access my character on a new console?
Hey there @sasorisan1, thank you for taking the time to get in touch. I'm sorry to hear that you experienced issues with an older console and now you're using a different one. I'm afraid due to the way save data in The Division 2 is tied directly to a player's account ID inside the database, there is no way to transfer character progression from one account to another.
