I realize the update today seemed to only be to UPlay, but apparently whatever is wrong is connected between the two.

Now I cannot play more than 2-3 minutes before a crash, and the crash is different. Now the game freezes and switches to windowed mode (instead of straight to desktop) every time. I am forced to use Task Manager to kill it.

After 7 identical crashes in a row (cumulative play time under 10 minutes) I give up.

Ubi / Massive / Red Shift, whoever is working on this, please hire someone competent to figure this out and fix it!

Hey all,

I'm sorry to see that this latest update has caused an issue with The Division 2 hard-crashing after a few minutes. The team has been alerted and we will follow up with any updates regarding the investigation, however at this time I'm afraid I don't have any more information to share.

Your patience and understanding is greatly appreciated!

Good job! Really! Everyone in here knows you are investigating the matter since 13/14 hours ago! Professional AF.
I think it's important to understand that the team is based in Sweden in the EU. The issue occurred late last night and the teams are working on this swiftly this morning to investigate.

I can assure you code presented in this thread have been forwarded to teams to assist with the ongoing investigations.

As Ubi-Johan has shared

"We got on it as soon as we got in to work this morning as we are located in Sweden and are working non-stop to find a solution.

I appreciate the frustration of not having any concrete updates over the night, but even developers need sleep!"

Closing this thread as I seem to be deleting messages for not sticking by the forum rules.

I will update this thread when we have more information about the ongoing crashes for PC.
