[2019] How is the Early Access performance of TD2 for PC players?

How is the performance now vs. Open Beta?

My Specs: GTX 1080, i7 7700k, 16GB dual channel RAM, 2TB SSD
Monitor and in game resolution set at: 3440x1440

I really wanted to get into it, but the frame-rate was abysmal in the open beta, especially in comparison to Anthem that should be much more graphic intensive. Indoors my fps was what it should be at around 80-120+ fps.

Outdoors it would stutter and jump between mid 30's to 60s, sometimes 70 it really was just all over the place and quite frankly unplayable. I planned to shift over to Division 2 as Anthem gets its loot sh*t together, but the performance in the Beta completely turned me off, so much so, that I cancelled my Pre-order
