[2019] A dark soulish solution to dz PvP/no pvp

What do you do in dark souls if you don't want to PvP?
In case you're not familiar I'll tell you, you simply play offline, you can't be helped, but you can't be harmed. Alone against the game.

What if when you enter DZ and you are without a group, you can decide to go in solo, NO coop, NO pvp, just you against the game.

To the OP yes yes and yes. Give us some kind of PVE activities in in one of the DZ's. In the weekly rotation as suggested above would be perfect.100% okay with no loot drops or xp or what ever, just give us the content.
In essence, Capture the Flag would be an interesting mini-game to have in TD2.
However, would that just be an activity for PVP players to play while waiting for an event? Or something else?
