[2020] [Accessibility]Missing Gear

Hello this is Phoenix and im have noticed a missing gear from the targeted loot. Systems corruption is not only the one gear set that's inaccessible in the targeted loot in the summit but also have a very rare chance in open world. Why is that? Im planning to use the gearset for a build that im working on but I can't if I dont have anything to go off on in open world. My questions are why have the gearset at all if it's inaccessible to gain? Will you make this gearset availability more known in both open world & summit?
