[2020] Buying the DLC, which currency?

Hi, I'd like to buy division 2 DLC, and on UBI store, there's and discount, where Warlords of the New York edition (although I have already base game) is cheaper than DLC standalone. On polish website it goes for 75 PLN =~ 20.5$ and on russian store it's 770 rub = 35 PLN = 10$ which is twice cheaper! Is it possible to buy it in russian currency to save some money? Or will I get like russian version of the game with russian servers or something? Cheers!
