[2021] [Bug/Glitch]Summit Combat Mastery Merit Commendation Bug

I completed level 1, then in level 2 I'm told I need to shoot "-74/-70" enemy grenades out of the sky. The game seems to think I might have already done it (progress bar is all organge), except I don't get the level!
