So I hopped on and immediately donated the food, steel, poly, receiver components and protective fabric to get my weekly exotic cache and the project says complete but I didnt get the cache. Has this happened to anyone else? Is there a place it could be that I'm forgetting to check? Its not on my character, in my mailbox or at the projects lady in the WH.

- On which platform was the issue reported
- The region in which the players are located
- Was the exotic cache delivered after a delay/reboot of the game?
- Have you encountered the issue where the Weekly SHD Requisition does not reset
- Player Uplay IDs
